It's faster to kill them in pairs, so you can keep dots on two mobs while they beat on eachother with charm.
If it's a caster, you could just twist in mez when it starts casting. Or keep it snare and feared. As for summoning mobs, you could DPS it down some, then keep it mezd while you heal back to full. Twist Mez / Hymn of Healing / Nivs Melody of Preservation. Then DPS And repeat. Not very fast but possible. | ||
