P.S. Even my revised quote doesn't make a ton of sense. Not being able to bind in dungeons is just as relevant to low-level characters as high-level ones, and I've seen no evidence anywhere that the original EQ devs thought "well we're making these high-level dungeons unbindable for high level reasons, so we better nerf the low level ones too as collateral damage."
