Any physical therapy needed for your recovery?

2200 lbs of grain milled today and 1200 lbs of kegs, 75 to 165 lbs a piece on average, palletized.

Take it easy masked. That ankle will twist real easily now for months or even years to come. Do yoga to help rebuild stabilizers.

I didn't. But i was real careful and got into yoga which is great for strengthening that sort of thing. The way I did it cheaply was by going to the yoga classes at my regular gym. You don't get the best teachers or the meditative ambience, but all you need is a good yoga routine that helps strengthen ur balance.

Books are hard to get into and videos are okay but super repetitive.

Shit man sorry to hear that. What happened?

Thoughts and prayers to Rallos Zek. I'll be going twice as hard for the GAINZ in your honor
We got dumped on with snow and it was covering up a thick branch sticking out from the ground. By the time i saw it was too late. I hit it dead on with the lateral part of my tibia.

In honor of Mead, today I made GAINS.

Chest, Tricep, Shoulder exercise on a belly of oats.

Walked out of gym and got myself a large sandwich.

Went to Ye Olde Asian Massage Parlor and received an hour full service massage. I paid $60 for an additional bed and wrote MEAD on it.

Lol got damn.

That made my night. Also a little jelly. I look forward to my usual therapeutic massage in the recovery phase.
