So, I just tried tethering a laptop to bypass Spectrum and it ran perfectly fine. Switched back to my Spectrum connection and the same issues resumed. It's definitely related to ISP.

I just noticed that I'm having issues with the Wiki as well. Timing out on multiple hops at lighttower.net
