I never said anything to him the least bit negative before he told me he was not giving me my stick back and booted me to desktop.

I will not be coming back to play on this server, but just so others are clear:

To be clear: Any RMT is a ban. You put the entire server at risk. No one gets to profit from p99, not even you. No exceptions, no second chances.

This means any thing that HAS been a transaction is reason for a ban. Sounds fair and realistic.

Hola folks. Trading of in game commodities here ONLY. ANY external RMT, services, or goods offered here will be deleted and will result in a ban.

Ok now I am a bit confused. This is the gray area that you guys always fuck up on here. I didn't offer RMT for spok here. I only asked for trades.

In an email to another person I had mentioned cash as an option. It wasnt even entertained or negotiated.

See, this is the exact reason I am done with this server. You throw the ban down even though I DIDNT or agree to one whatsoever. You do realize that you act without knowing the whole scenario. I was entertaining multiple trades.

I would have taken the cash if it was the best offer. It wasn't. This is just another bad GM decision. Even more reason to quit playing here.

Right I am a douce becuase I got KS'd, then sworn at by a CS rep, then booted then banned finally because I said he was acting like a kid after telling me to fuck off I can't have the stick because I was moving at the time he tried to give it to me without me even knowing it.

You could be a real dick and ruin the entire game by casting flame lick on uthgaard too. It will bring down the entire server if you do that and cost him countless hours of petitioning because of it.
