EQEmu & Titanium compatibility

Has anyone set up an EQEmu server which is compatible with a p99-compatible EQ gaming machine?

I am wondering how much work it would be to set up my own private server for 6 person IRL group LAN parties.

While I never advocate for anyone to play on red... if you just want a private game for your 6 person group, go on red and you will instantly double their server population and probably still never meet anyone else.
