After the situation getting this much attention I am almost positive it was looked into. I'm not sure Dexs even has an IP exemption on his account, making boxing nearly impossible.

Because the only way to cheat box is to ask the GMs for an exemption then box. Wow. The people who really want to box to get ahead would find a way around the system.
