yeah, i agree with that too. that's why i think it is better to simply avoid those situations if you have a hard time saying no. same goes for infidelity. if you committed, dont enter situations wherein you could be compromised. yeah, they can develop over time and then you end up in a bad place, but if you establish boundaries to begin with and hold to them, then you can make sure you don't end up doing things you regret because you couldn't say no.
