I've no reason to lie -- but the other ones on the market I've seen are 130-140k asking prices. It is not unreasonable to hold out for an offer higher than my current, but lower than the other asking prices on the market my friend.
And because I have a forum post that says make me an offer -- doesn't mean I'm directing it towards you. You offered 50k-- I wouldn't expect you to make a decent offer based on the market. Sincerely though I do hope you find a good deal or can acquire it through camping my friend. Goodluck!
