WTB Need to get to Sky to kill Gwan

I need to kill Gwan, hoping I can tag along with a guild doing a sky raid. Wondering how much this would cost me?

I dont get to raid too often due to my short play times, so I have been stuck on this part for several weeks now.

( ) Go to Dojorn's Island (Isle 1.5) in Plane of Sky. Hand Scale to a presence to spawn Gwan. Kill Gwan and loot Breath of Gwan.
