If I wanted to bully someone, I'd find better ways to do it than point out some ridiculous situation in a game involving a buff.

Really this was just to point out how silly people can be; you can determine whether I am silly or he is.

I don't really care, because what it will boil down to is people's perceptions being different regarding this situation in the game.
