a 23 year old in a dorm room is also creepy. You do realize dorms are full of 18-19 year old kids right? These are folk 6 months to 1 year removed from high school in most cases. Once you ding 20 or 21 you need to evac from the dorm scene because it is not for you, its literally for children.

To say a 35 year old war vet living in a dormitory is inappropriate is not a stretch - get an apartment or something - or - move in with a family member. I personally think Robbin doing a great thing helping his bro readapt and get educated.

Lol. Nah, my older brother has been living with me for the past 2 years while he goes to college. It'd be asinine to have a 35 year-old military vet in a college dorm room, so instead my wife and I brought him up to Maryland to go to school. I figured it was the best case scenario to get him to graduate with his degree and not be a Van Wilder.

But this semester he's been using my PC since he wasn't able to get Wamp or Xampp installed on his PC for his PHP course. Didn't think about the possibility of him using my PC to log into forums. Nevertheless, people can think what they want. It's cool. I've enjoyed this morning's posts while I drink my coffee.
I think it is great you are being an adoptive 'mother' for your brother, a lot of dudes have a real bad time coming out of the military. It is awesome he is giving college a shot and you are supporting him in doing that.

@ErlickBachman: good luck at school, I hope as an ex-serviceman you don't catch too much flack for top level institutional problems that have nothing to do with you. Between the military and college you sure love surrounding yourself with 19 year olds, though!
