Shaman + anybody
Enchanter + any non melee

blah blah blah monk/shaman,enc/cleric, any permutation of shaman, cleric, enchanter, necro, mage are all good.

Wizard/Wizard ? (I suppose...)
Bard/Wizard ?? (Labeled as best you know)
Magician/Paladin ??? (Also a suspcious duo)
Bard/Paladin ???????
Rogue/Bard ????

Feel free to try one of the below duos and tell me what people voted that as great/best. i'm thinking their classes suck at duoing so bard/wizard takes "best" when a shaman is just laughing his way to HS or whatever. Other people please enlighten these duos to me. I suppose the bard just fear kites while the wizard/rogue gets nuking/stabbing
