Can't end the war on opiates or opioids. just too physically addictive more than people understand. they try to blame it on people wanting to abuse the pills or get high, but in reality, its physically addicting with physical withdrawal. Due to work obligations, nobody is going to actually take time to withdraw that is struggling with prescription opioids.

you'd still need a war on the poppy plant. you could try an information campaign regarding the plant, educating people on the mechanism of physical addiction as best as possible. That might help.

All you have to say is, seeing as obama didnt end it in 8 years, indicates you will not see an end to the war on drugs, ever, because the left lies and manipulates the voters that would want to end it into thinking that they cant end it but if you keep voting for them, some how that will end it.
