I would say no simply because of all the other places have have a base 100 or higher listed that are not on par with Kedge exp.

I don't currently know of any way to accurately guess the ZEMs here sorry. Basically you need the same level player versus the same level mob solo.
Oh and a UI that gives you exact EXP numbers as opposed to an estimated blue bar.
Anything short of that and you really are just guessing.
