One more thing to consider: if your shaman ever gets high enough to raid you will have a problem. You would slow your entire raid down a lot if you tried to buff 10+ people with focus/stamina when every one of those 10+ times both parties involved had to start and then cancel a duel.
Heck, even without any PvP flag I still get overwhelmed sometimes after a wipe when I'm the only Shaman.
However, I'm pretty sure there's a quest you can do in Qeynos to remove the flag, so I think you could keep it for now and only remove it when you start raiding.

Oh, I definitely thought about that. Raid buffing isn't really on my plate so much; I'm sure I can be useful in some way though, however niche it may be.
