I'm sure the combat logged was checked and it did show OP "KS'd". It is in quotes because this definition is "first to engage based on the combat log". That is all that is available to staff.
The reason it's taking longer than expected...only certain staff can log on a character to delete the item, and log onto another character and create the item. That staff member is overworked.
So I'm suspect a staff member that is not able to log on your character received the petition, suspended the account, and put it in line for GM assistance.
