Game Mechanics: Looking for GM

I have this issue with one of my characters as well. As he was zoning from North Karana to West Karana and after the loading screen, the screen turned black with the words "YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED". Then, I am automatically logged out, back to the login screen.

I can no longer play on this character, since when I do, I am redirected to the black screen that says "YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED" and automatically logged out.
