I spent a few hours killing goblins in BBM to find I was still scowling, even in wolf form. I'd just like to confirm that my simple trick won't work until I commit to days of goblin grinding.

Runnyeye is probably better. Far more goblins in a far smaller space. Scowling currently maxes out at -2000 or so, and each goblin is +1. You need 1300 hits to reach threatening.
