Spells: Spells dont hold if recast right at spell fade time.

This bug actually existed on live. It happened to me many times when attempting to recast arch shielding (12.0 casting time), since I would usually stand up to start casting when I saw the buff icon flashing (which occurs at 18 seconds remaining). I learned to recast at 30 seconds or so or lose the extra hp the buff provided when I let it fade, then recasted it, since i hate wasting mana like that...

Fixing it here would be great, but thought i'd confirm its existence on live...
