both of those vendors sell both of the items you need

Giants Toes:
Ice Giant Toes - permafrost/everfrost people farm the ice giants for plat
Fire Giant Toes - Sol B or Vendor in lavastorm

Gornit spawns at approx (606, -5590) loc every 6 minutes in OoT he can drop all the toes you need he is a hill giant/cyclops level 34 easy camp or kill for caster.

Creature Parts:
Mermaid Scale- drop in OoT off An alluring siren(ride the boat from freeport to OoT jump off at the first land you see they are near the water very easy kills even for a level 16 mage) (200,9400) Loc

I've been looking at vendors for the gems, found 2 cant find remaining 2.
I'll keep checking all the vendors I run across.
