The game is starting it seems the server is not letting you connect.
Need to know the step up in the house two or three computer on the same connection? (you did say gaming rig) How many are playing project 1999? Try hitting RED/Blue/agnar server. ( a different server then you want to go to) if that goes forward then you need an IP Exemption. If all else fails, uninstall every thing and start at step one on the getting started area.
