Is it much different regarding leaders of other high tier guilds? I aint saying this to be snarky, I mean it.
Honestly, are there actual raid leaders who do it for the team? I aint seen it yet.
It would be nice if there were guilds that operated with the actual guild in mind and not individual gains but I find it hard to believe such a guild or guilds exist.
I don't think the hardcore are bad people for this, they are simply human.
