Granted I'm on red, and ive only noticed this in chardok not having tested this anywhere else, but WTF? when was this implemented?

nvm, I thought I wasn't getting exp....guess I was...but man it really looked like I wasn't for a good 20 mobs and nothing moving, plz delete
