Having said that sometimes the staff who's job it is to review and accept exemption applications could have more serious issues to deal with. I know this sounds far fetched but P99 has thousands of people who actively play it. Despite what the peak player count shows day to day. And even if a tenth of that popular needed support it would certainly bog up the works. They're not ignoring you and will get to it as soon as possible. Just like every person who needed an exemption before you.
