Why is this thread about Caiu (great guy!) and not the optimisation of pixel acquisition, distribution and compensation for benefit the great nations of Norrath!?

Also, what is the deal with farm groups being lead by characters with names prefixed by the word 'Sir' (Yado, Floppin, I presume etc)?
