Have you personally seen him? Didn't realize this was on p99, might have to try to spawn him sometime this week. Having a potion with effect "Desperate Hope" would be worth the time investment.
Good question! I knew about it for years but couldn't find any info on p99...

But just a couple nights ago an old friend of mine from BDA (Ravager) told me THIS

Quote:
Sat Jul 01 18:44:26 2017] Hauling tells you, 'There is a level 15 snake in Dagnor's, static spawn 2 min hp, drops an instant click 200hp heal, 320 hp rune potion.'
[Sat Jul 01 18:44:45 2017] Hauling tells you, 'hp = ph, cus I'm drunk.'
[Sat Jul 01 18:44:48 2017] You told Hauling, 'ooo'
[Sat Jul 01 18:44:51 2017] You told Hauling, 'you have info on him?'
[Sat Jul 01 18:44:57 2017] You told Hauling, 'like does he always spawn as named?'
[Sat Jul 01 18:45:00 2017] LOADING, PLEASE WAIT...
[Sat Jul 01 18:45:20 2017] You have entered Southern Plains of Karana.
[Sat Jul 01 18:45:21 2017] Hauling tells you, 'no'
[Sat Jul 01 18:45:42 2017] Hauling tells you, 'it's a sandbar serpent snake ph, but always spawns in the same spot and the respawn is 2 min, so you can fill a bag in a couple hours if you're lucky.'
[Sat Jul 01 18:46:50 2017] Hauling tells you, 'If you run into DC from BB, go to the lake, follow the shore left, eventually you will come to a cliff with a snake tail sticking straight out, that is the ph.'
I will be venturing out there tonight to try for half an hour. will keep you posted!
