An unkown error occured while trying to join the server.

My husband's account will not allow him to access the server either due to an unknown error. I am able to get on without a problem. We would like to see about getting this fixed. Also, he was going to try and make a post to say the same thing but it will not allow him to do ANY posting whatsoever.
