I've got to agree with convict. For some of us that are in guilds where the members actually enjoy one another's company, and enjoy the slower pace mechanics of intended EQ, it would be cool to experience the classic content. If that is all you want, why not go play on one of the many servers that lets you 'enjoy classic content' without competing with others? That would make the most sense. The staff here has made it clear that you must put in some work to experience the classic content.

I've tried those servers. I don't find them to be classic.

It's not the 'work' I don't agree with. It's the lack of 'raiding.' Players have turned it into some kind of weird pulling game. Which is why I use the word 'intended.'

It doesn't matter... This is not a right or wrong thing here it's purely personal preference man.

It's like arguing over what color looks prettiest, or what food tastes best.
