I know in recent year.. I think. When there was 'someone' spaming EC lord rogean put some anti spam features in place. Your macros may need /pause 1 or 2 in them to function properly. At least in my experience I had to adjust after said features.

I know this instantly caused guilds to complain because they couldn't spam their raid stats properly. At the time.

General old school mmorpg advice is to add a delay for your latency. Even if it's under 100ms. Just throwing that out there. And that not everyone is the same. Remember we are using a client from the bleeding edge of 2006.
