My only minor objection would be that the turn in rights should be forfeited after 20 minutes of gloridain being up instead of 15 since 20 minutes is the server rule standard for targets were one person has rights to a target (Ragefire being a good example). I don't care much either way though.

So I understand asking that the rolls occurr at XX:00 or XX:30, perfect sense.
The posting of a new time is where this proposal gets a little bit weird. I see what you are suggesting to allow 'at least 20 minutes' but 'up to 45 minutes' for a new established roll time. Just seems like that should be rephrased else it could further cause confusion and lead to pushing ring rolls into a later window. Should be something like: If Spawn time is between XX:21 and XX:50 then roll is set at XX:00 If Spawn time is between XX:51 and XX:20 then roll is set at XX:30 That gives you at least 20 minutes but up to 50 minutes before pop and should help prevent time from changing every other day. Now that I think about it, allowing 15 minutes after pop for FFA is probably too generous and could also be used to push windows back. Christ, people don't even give 30 seconds for a Hadden FTE (remember that thread? lol). Shouldn't the expectation be you have had 20+ minutes to gather folks so as soon as she pops you hand in? I can understand a little leeway as this is a big moment for a lot of people, but even 2 minutes should really be overkill. As you said, expectation is to try to keep her spawn time as close to the same as possible. I don't know what the number should be here, but I think 15 mins is definitely too much. Lastly, assuming the time you have to actually roll is still 60 seconds? Such as from XX:00-XX:01 or XX:30-XX:31? See no mention of that in the unofficial proposal.

Also it should be stated that only the character winning the roll has rights to the turn in. If you absolutely need to mq the ring 8 you should have the MQ:ee loot the chiefs head and do the final turn in.
