You need to click on the edit button at the top of the page, not the specific area (such as the loot / drop info section). The edit button at the top will allow you to edit each specific section on the page. The individual hyperlinks on the page are usually protected.

I don't know why that is, but it's how the mob page is set up along with some other pages.
