not a mmorpg, but nothing will ever top that massive clusterfuck (lasted weeks) that was the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Holy fuck what a debacle that was. Game never recovered.

Many game launches have been like this. You just aren't accustomed to the effects of high pop since you're used to being on red99.
