IMO that dual box should be allow only when u log a lvl 1 in EC zone.
Pass lvl 2 , dosent work anymore.

That way people could trade their stuff easely and no one will deal with fool who box entier zone.

Who uses a level 1 as an EC mule? Level 5 bard or GTFO.
