You are almost correct, I think you somehow forgot a couple of key words, so I added them. Government constantly fails, and miserably so. But that is always attributable to non-liberals infecting the bureaucracy and throwing wrenches into its workings. If only we could have a purely progressive ruling class, that sweet utopia would finally be realized.
