How to get started.

Basically copy your eq directory into a new folder and then use the patcher for easy start.

map hackers dont matter w/ the Arena being the central focus of PvP now, but are definitely annoying (theres only like 5 of them anyway who cares)...movement hacks show up in the logs and can get you busted at any time.

And the 6-boxers and healbot botters are being called out in public and shut down by dev based on visual inspection alone.

Its not as dirty as red99 wants to believe. I hacked every single day on red99 back in the day to travel and nothing happened. that doesn't fly on zek. u guys got it twisted.

Tune and Lite boxed for years in the staffs face on red. over on Zek you get your head busted if you look dirty and they 100% log all movement. No idea what the hacks talk is all about. its a good troll tho.

oh no one of 5 people total might know where you are on the map. big fucking deal. they shut down rule breakers every season. read again idiot ive never seen any boxers and hackers shut down on red. abacab doesn't count.

if you enjoy Altquest, PvP and Competition, just try the server out, its accesible enough and u can still catch up easy

its the new drug in town, and you ol' geezers dont want the young bucks to leave because then your shanty box is even more stale

one of my favorite memories from zek is some dude running around with an UNFLAGGED heal bot. devs response was, 'oh we forgot about that' and removed it.

like how the fuck does someone get access to unflagged characters on a pvp server. kinda like bonechip quest.
