Iksar is the best if min maxing because of the innate ac bonus, but only if you plan on getting high end gear where you aren't sacrificing AC to get your stamina capped. Plus you don't need shrink everywhere.

Ogre sucks to be fat but you get slam and you don't get annoyed by stuns.
