Quest Issue: Titan Samples (evil) Not working?

Quest NPC: Sejako Mujan
Quest Name: Titan Samples (evil)

Time: 3:30PM PST

Turned all four quest items to Sejako Mujan who gave me the dialogue, 'I require all four titan samples in order to pursue the research I desire.' three times. But did not give me the last line he is supposed to say, nor the item associated with the reward.

This was after I initiated his dialogue and had him walk downstairs.

Any chance for this to be reimbursed please?
