How to exclude dsetup.dll from McAfee(make it trusted)

Okay, I found the latest P99files44.zip and got the dsetup.dll back in to my Everquest folder. Does anyone know a way to exclude that file from McAfee(put it in the trusted file section) so that it does not keep quarantining it without disabling McAfee when i want to play Everquest?[You must be logged in to view images.
