Staff of Elemental Mastery: Earth would like a GM response

tldr; Earth Staff will not drop off trash revs on the p99 timeline.

Ragefire/Phinigel and other TLPs start Classic with the first revamp of Hate. So you start out with P'tasa dropping the Staff and Inny starts with his updated loot table. I know this because I played on both of those servers and did one Mage epic on Ragefire.

I do not remember or know exactly when the next revamp on Hate comes but I think it is sometime during PoP. If anyone is currently active on Phinigel you could quickly check if the staves are dropping from Revs now.

Edit: Remembered about the mob Graveyard on allah. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/n...one=273&page=3 -- Hate revamped again in May 2003. Pretty sure that is when they move the staffs to trash and it is the correct timeline. It was revamped between the releases of LoY and LDoN expansions.

There are no updates to Plane of Hate between June 2001 and May 2003. Earth Staff begins dropping off trash revs post May 2003 revamp.
