I don't think they give +25 right now, but they should after the patch based on what Telin is saying.

On Phinigel (live) they have the same respawn as normal trash in Kael.

This should help address how hard it is to get leather/silk/chain Thurg armor. And hopefully encourage more people to go Kromzek, since that was always easier to level up than CoV, classically.

(Dragons in WToV, drakes in west and entrance, +6 dragons in WW, other dragons in WW, they all give huge +Kromzek hits... getting ally Kromzek is a cakewalk.)

Kromzek faction isn't the major issue for Kael Armor, it is the Tormax faction, that if you want to easily get in and turn in armor, you'll need.

As well, for shamans in particular, the armor NPC is in a side room in the back that has a KT faction npc standing in front of him.

The mobs could be trained out and then detained with hailing, out in the open where you could turn in armor, but with the pulling changes, I don't know if that is the case anymore.
