Translocator: Extend time by +15 seconds!

Boats only actually stayed at the docks for 60 seconds, while the translocators are up for 100 seconds. Given your estimate of 15s to type in your message I think the clear solution is infact to nerf the translocators by 25s. I never mentioned any time except extending time by 15 seconds.
