Most petitions over at vz/tz consisted of problems with game mechanics, lost corpses, paranoid "he's hacking because i'm dead", the fact that you're suggesting GM's were "ran off" due to childish ways is rather ridiculous, a GM position... one that would see a GM take crap from players would be a customer service position, and in that line of "work" you are to expected to take crap.
If you were to read the petition list on p99 how many of them do you think read "hey bro, sup, good job"
If a GM needs to speak to a player, it's due to something childish, or a fault with the game that they need fixing.
Most of the GM problems on VZ/TZ came from power abuse, "running a GM" off the box is just a ridiculous concept. Take a look over at the other thread about somebody stealing some loot, that was an issue on vz/tz that didn't happen... so maybe people should stop running GM's away from p99 with their childish ways.
