Ice giants outside perma are good for a druid as you can port out to bank/sell and be back before the respawns but if you just want steady cash then as others have said, Porting and/or Power Levelling are well worth looking into [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Camping rare items anywhere is a gamble. You can easily spend hours and hours camping it and not have it drop.
