We had nothing to lose in the first place. TD has always been a casual guild.

The Pyrrhic victory was the one where you guys nearly destroyed your own guild trying to grief Thunderdome because we beat you in one pvp battle and it burned Tune's ego so bad he decided to kill Kunark dragons for a month in retaliation. You guys are barely recovering from that, y'all were at your strongest when it happened, killing Vulak weekly etc.

Now look at you. I called it right.
Pyrrhic victory for you means losing members, losing VP and losing golems...got it. Apex is enjoying record high numbers since vulak died. Guess you guys really won this one huh.

Tell your guildies that we dunked thanks for the spell and better luck next time. The funny part was that everyone involved said they wouldn't have done the same if it were epidemic. That says something about your leadership.

The guildies you dunked was Evilhealz and Celeborn. The reason you don't know those names is because they are new players to the server. Qtip, that was just retarded. Just because we've been around for a while now doesn't mean we don't still have noobs, we probably recruit just as many noobs as Sanctuary. Sanctuary seems to mostly be twinks from the other two guilds for the most part, not any fault of Avomon who is as close to a saint as this server has seen.

We've pretty much never been able to compete numberswise with anyone. We've never fielded more than 30, and we've accomplished a lot considering. We're not letting losing pvp a few times worry us too much.

But it's funny you are taking so much joy in dunking a couple of newbs, I guess you don't get satisfaction out of much else considering there is probably nothing else for you to spend dkp on.

We haven't lost anyone from the core that I'm aware of. You mean losing Ricquire who was part of the guild for all of one week before joining Apex?

Or when we "lost" Heroic who was a yuge asset to the guild?

I guess we'll see what happens from here on out, but y'all are salty your guild suffered so much from trying to break Thunderdome. Your recent revival came as a result of y'all focusing on your own guild instead of trying to break ours.

New players? Thunderdome has been a guild for over 2 years on this server. Also took in almost every geared empire member that still plays.

Find a new excuse already.
thats like epidemic saying all of TD is aimchat geared toons with primal still, so stupid. TD is much like any other guild, people come and go. new players are joining all the time, and quitting every so often or leaving for another guild if they want to go into raiding more etc. TD has the least amountof empire players, considering there is 3 guilds on the server apex #1 holderof empire, and TD second, epi course gonna have none except ragnaros atm

All I said was TD is an established guild and has geared members. I dont really care about the breakdown of where people went. The last time I played, TD had a good squad of geared players and that was 8 months ago.

I actually had nothing to do with this ordeal.

I think it was just Deetz and HPT at first. I was online at the time and the 'pyrrhic' bit felt like a funny jab so I said it. I will say - it's a concept that doesn't really apply well to a video game where 70% of every guild will continue playing regardless of the ever changing levels of grief. It's weird that you think our guild lives and dies by only a lack of accomplishments in raiding. People leave because some are only interested in raids, but a solid 30 of us just login because.

You have this weird tendency to say Tune has this overblown ego over EQ and yet he's the only one of us who surrendered his pride in game and called LnS from your guild after losing zone control in Fear. Did you let him forget that? Nah. Did it change your opinion? Nope.

I think if he's got an ego to affect, it's not in the way you're thinking. He'd be happy to do trade skills for the next decade.

I'm not actually out in norrath griefing your noobs. But I also didn't feel bad for them when they lost their spell. Far worse things have happened. A trial by fire can be postponed, but at some point they've got to feel it. That's Red.

Aside from how how it may seem, everyone from both Epidemic and TD have been a lot nicer in general lately (at least to me). Been kinda nice.
