In relation to the OP. Is it possible to parse agro generated? Would be cool to do some testing if so.

TStaff is your answer.

People think they generate good threat because of the multiple aspects of the spell. It has a DD component, and a heal component. If the effects generate agro separately, then it isn't bad. But a stun generates much more agro than a heal, so a weapon with a stun/DD, like the Tstaff is better, yes.
