Bard raid geared melee dps

It's all relative atm cause epic is a bad primary due to speed and losing +11 bonus damage. Epic offhand patch will boost melee dmg even with no double attack (it'll still suck).

Edit for clarity you don't lose the +11 it's just slower so less of them.

Formula = (2 x dmg + 11) / delay which suites fast weapons more (bard doesn't get 2 x , they are (dmg + 11) / delay
