Kill Snaraks, goblins, and frogloks until the Legion of Cabilis do not want you dead, turn in bone chips in FoB for the rest. The shaman will never like you, so avoid the guild in town.

shaman and SK guild is in the same building.. and iirc bone chip quest raises Scaled Mystics faction as well... but i'm not sure..

I think he means you wont have got anything for them while getting to dubious with legion.

It's Necros that don't care about the bonechip quest.
