If you're not CHA capped and you plan on being a charm oriented enchanter. Then you shouldn't be playing enchanter at all.

People who make these claims about not being CHA capped or near cap and having zero problems are fucking liars.

Level 60, -MR on pet, 250-255 CHA(buffed).
That is your goal.

You never mentioned what race you are playing. I recommend erudite for all caster classes except necromancer.
Their superior int stat puts you miles ahead of all other casters at the get go.

It's pretty funny that you recommend erudite as the starting race given how concerned you are with CHA and the fact that they have 10 less of it than high elves. Coincidentally 10 CHA is exactly the amount of CHA the OP would gain by re-rolling and going with 25 CHA.
