What I said was kind of the other way around... even then you're in troll mode now...

You can add banned users to a group that lets them only post in the petition section, you don't need to ban them from all sub-sections...

On the topic of screen dragging, it was identified as latency related by a staff member not in your corrupt GM list, but it was ultimately ignored by the staff member in that list you provided earlier.

Point proven...

System should work like this:
1) Forums open up for posting as long as you have a linked game account with a level 20 character.
2) Forum ban = character ban, petition forums still available for banned accounts.
3) New forum accounts can't post on Red until they have a level 20 character in a linked account.

No other emu forum is as toxic as the R99 server chat / rants and flames and it is the same people who don't play like the above shit poster that makes R99 less appealing.
